Clear choices before you subscribe.
You can choose basic access without a paid AIVA subscription. Before purchasing a paid plan, you will see its price, currency, taxes where applicable, included usage, renewal and cancellation terms, and any top-up or overage charges. Additional spending requires your authorization.
Basic access includes up to 30 requests per UTC calendar month under the current pilot fair-use policy. Authorized members can view usage, balances, alerts and spending limits in the member portal. Company-sponsored personal assistance is optional and requires employee consent; it never grants personal purchasing authority. Paid subscriptions and automatic payments are not enabled yet.
Membership discounts apply to membership fees. Any AIVA plan discount will be stated separately. Any future price adjustment will be disclosed in advance with its effective date and the applicable terms.
